The luminescence process of acridine hydrazide is the same as other acridine products, using an alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide. Once the molecule is attacked, it will generate an unstable dioxane, which will then decompose into carbon dioxide and N-methylacridone. When it returns to the ground state, it will emit photons containing wavelength. The entire luminescence process does not require any other auxiliary reagents, effectively reducing background luminescence and improving overall detection efficiency, with minimal external interference factors.

2. Acridyl hydrazide has hydrolysis resistance and stability, and its hydrolysis resistance is generally stronger than other acridine compounds. Moreover, even in acidic solutions, its performance is very stable. When stored at room temperature for 4 weeks with protein conjugates, its photoquantum yield does not decrease, and even at -20 ºC, it can be stored for more than a year.
3. It has hydrophilicity, as the produced acridine hydrazide is in powder form, it will be prepared into a solution when used, and it is required to be soluble in water, so that it can be water-soluble with markers formed by antibodies, nucleic acids, etc., making it easy for later luminescence detection.
