Acridine ester NSP-DMAE-NHS belongs to a non steady state luminescent reagent, and its fluorescence characteristics are generated in chemical reactions. During the experimental process, acridine ester covalently binds with the target molecule to form a stable fluorescent marker. The luminescence wavelength of this reagent is mainly concentrated in the blue to green blue region, with a common wavelength range of 450 to 480 nanometers. Its luminescence characteristics make it an ideal fluorescent labeling reagent in biological experiments.

Application

1. Protein labeling: Due to its ability to undergo substitution reactions with amino acid residues in proteins, fluorescent labeling is introduced into protein molecules.
